In case you haven’t noticed, it’s all about the 90’s right now. Last weekend I went to a music festival in Phoenix, Arizona and saw Ice Cube, Mase, and Snoop Dog, and it sure did make me miss high school. I guess I’m dating myself now, actually I was already out of high school and into college by that point but you get the point. Right now, it seems not only in music, but everything really, is reverting back to the 90’s. Where’s all my real 90’s girls at? Well you will love the newest trend….Hair Accessories: 90’s Snap Clips Are Making A Huge Comeback. I have to say, I’m pretty excited not only because I think they are super fun, but because I’m always looking for something to keep my hair out of my face. If you’re ready to hop on the band wagon, then keep reading…
Now that I have you feeling all nostalgic, let’s have a look at some of my favorite 90’s clip hair accessories that I’ve found on Pinterest and Instagram. If you feeling inspired to take it back to the old school, then scroll through some of the different ones that I gathered as well as the ways in which some of these clips are being worn that is different from how they were worn in the 90’s.
Clipping Away The Front Of Your Hair
One of the most popular ways to wear these 90’s clip hair accessories, is with a center part holding the sides back. The clips can be work low and close to the ears or up high an inch or so from the part.

Half Up Half Down
If you can find a clip large enough, I love the idea of wearing them half up and half down and using a clip to secure the up section. I think it makes for a fun accessory and I especially love the pearl version of the clips. It adds a bit of dressy vibe and can really be worn dressed up or down with jeans and a simple Tee.
Get Creative
One of the ways of wearing the clips that I am completely obsessed over right now is just getting creative and placing them in bundles, or sporadic all over your hair. I also love the idea of mixing them in with rhinestone bobby pins, and other larger than life clips for a fun option.
